I hope you feel warmly welcomed in my studio,

and understand that my policies are to help our relationship thrive.

 

  • You are welcome to bring one guest over the age of 13, but please explain to your guest how long the session will be. I don’t allow younger children at the moment because my studio is very small and fragile things are around. There’s a park with a fountain across the street that kids can play in during summer, but please find child care.
  • If you’re later than 30 minutes I will need to reschedule your appointment out of courtesy for the next client. Please contact me, sometimes I can accommodate a later appointment.
  • If you’re a no-show to your appointment 2 times I reserve the wright to refuse service. You may cancel your appointment with the booking link that was emailed to you if you know you can’t make it.
  • Clients that cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 7 days notice on multiple occasions may be required to pay the full cost of the service at the time of booking. This is on a case by case basis and only when I start seeing a pattern. The payment is refundable or transferable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.
  • Most of my clients have my personal number. You are welcome to text me, but bookings are all done through my booking system. For my late night folks, if you text me past 9pm that will go into a spam folder and will usually take me about a week or two to respond.
  • When I take photos of my work, I never include faces or tag people, to protect my clients privacy. But please let me know if you want to opt out of having your photo taken.
