Policies
I hope you feel warmly welcomed in my studio, and understand that my policies are to help our relationship thrive.
- If you’re later than 20 minutes I will need to reschedule your appointment out of courtesy for the next client. Please contact me, sometimes I can accommodate a later appointment.
- If you’re a no-show to your appointment 2 times I reserve the wright to refuse service. Please just cancel your appointment with the booking link that was emailed to you if you know you can’t make it.
- I’m an animal person! Your dog is welcome to your maintenance session if they can be mellow. I don’t allow pets for sessions over 2 hours. Please contact me in advance if you are bringing your furry friend.
- You are welcome to bring one guest over the age of 13, but please explain to your guest how long the session will be. I don’t allow younger children at the moment because my studio is very small and fragile things are around.
- Your likeness may be used for marketing purposes for LoxBox, I always ask if you would like to opt out of any photos being take.
